Konfidence USA will happily refund customers who are not satisfied with their purchase. please email or call us with questions, (612) 605-1055.

- Returned items

For all returns please send an email to sales@konfidence-usa.com or call us at (612) 605-1055 and you will receive a return number. Please include this number with any returned items.  Returned items must be unused with tags attached and in original polybag to receive a credit.  Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.

- Wrong size

If your Konfidence product does not fit please return the item with all original packaging to

Items must be unused and clean. We will exchange your product for the correct size or refund your money to you (excluding shipping).

- Faulty Product

If your Konfidence product is faulty please return the item with all original packaging and a detailed explanation of the fault. We will replace your product or issue you a refund.
